IT Project Analyst

Salary: 30874 per annum plus good range of benefits

Contract: Permanent 36.5 hours per week Monday Friday

Based: Milton Keynes Hybrid

Job Purpose

World Vision UK is in the middle of its most transformative IT project in decades. We are implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM and your role could play an important part in making the project a success. The new CRM will enable us to exceed the 55 million we raise each year for children who are growing up in the most difficult circumstances in the world.

Key Responsibilities

Working with a project manager a small development team and a collaborative and engaged user community you will take responsibility for analysing and documenting business processes and rules. You will need to have the confidence to challenge conventional thinking and help colleagues consider new and more efficient ways of serving our supporters and increasing income. Your communication and influencing skills will be important as well as your technical ability as an analyst.

Previous experience working with Dynamics 365 with fundraising marketing or CRM systems or in the charity sector generally will be of value. An understanding of Agile development practices data management and working with SQL can all make you an even better candidate for the role.

You will have wider responsibilities for helping to bring the project to completion. You will be involved in organising and summarising meetings interviewing stakeholders creating and executing test plans maintaining project documentation and plans.

To be successful in this role you also need to be good at managing your own time clear and honest when communicating progress problems or delays supportive of your colleagues and committed to the success of the project and the organisation as a whole.
