We have an opportunity for a Product Specialist - Systm One to join their team of staff in theService Transformation department.

This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required tocover a flexible shift pattern.

Duties of this role include:

  • Build configure and maintain functionality within SystmOne to support clinical and operational pathways.
  • Develop and maintain templates protocols units and eWorkflows to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Continuously review system usage and propose improvements to optimise workflows and user experience.
  • Develop failsafe mechanisms within the system to identify outliers errors and risks.
  • Support the Change & Automation team with project submissions relating to system changes and process improvements.
  • Work with Change Managers to translate business requirements into system functionality and solutions.
  • Support new service mobilisations by configuring SystmOne to align with pathway and operational requirements.
  • Ensure all system changes are appropriately reviewed tested and communicated to stakeholders.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Significant experience working with SystmOne including system configuration and optimisation.
  • SystmOne TtT Core certification.
  • Experience of project work relating to clinical systems.
  • Experience delivering training to groups with varying levels of system knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working within a healthcare or NHS environment.
  • Experience in SystmOne Community settings (ideally MSK or similar services).
  • Knowledge of other clinical systems (e.g. EMIS).
  • Experience working with automation technologies (e.g. RPA).
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Understanding of NHS Digital strategy and healthcare system transformation.
