Senior Finance Systems Analyst

The Senior Finance Systems Analyst serves as a specialist-level expert responsible for the strategic health scalability and evolution of enterprise finance partnership with Product and Finance leadership this role identifies systemic business challenges designs future-state solutions and leads complex system initiatives that enable operational efficiency and data integrity. This role operates with high autonomy advises stakeholders and influences system strategy.

This position may be based in approved jurisdictions in the United Kingdon. It reports to the Senior Director Finance Product Management and is eligible for flexible working arrangements including remote/hybrid.

What Youll Do

• Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather document and validate business requirements.

• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and system configurations within NetSuite.

• Support the ongoing health stability and performance of finance systems including issue diagnosis and resolution.

• Document as-is and to-be processes to support structured system improvements.

• Execute system enhancements configurations and testing cycles (including UAT).

• Maintain system documentation workflows and change logs within Jira and Confluence.

• Contribute to process optimization initiatives that improve efficiency controls and data integrity.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 4 years of progressive experience in ERP/finance systems roles.

• Demonstrated experience advising stakeholders and leading complex initiatives.

• Experience supervising or mentoring junior analysts preferred.

• Advanced experience with NetSuite (configuration integrations optimization reporting architecture).

• Strong experience with Jira and Confluence (workflow design documentation governance).

• Expert-level ability to translate complex business requirements into technical architecture. Experience leading UAT release planning and change management.

• Strong analytical data modeling and process design capability.

• Deep understanding of finance systems architecture and controls (GL AP AR reporting).
