Operations Intern

We are looking for someone who is eager to bring their organizational skills into a startup environment and help create an office that is welcoming well-organized and runs this Internship role you will support the Head of Operations and Head of People in day-to-day activities while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-growing AI infrastructure company.

Tasks

• Coordinate office operations in Heidelberg (cleaning staff service providers equipment office supplies)
• Support the organization of internal (e.g. company-wide workshops leadership offsites) and external events
• Coordinate scheduling bookings travel and on-site logistics
• Maintain and manage the company-wide calendar ensuring visibility of key milestones
• Support HR onboarding processes (tool access workflows structured documentation welcome materials)
• Assist in organizing employee benefits such as mobility or housing solutions

Requirements

• This is a on-site position based in or near Heidelberg
• Professional-level German and strong English skills
• Strong organizational skills and reliability
• Proactive hands-on working style
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office
• Interest in operations HR or business administration

Nice-to-have

• Familiar with SaaS tools (e.g. HubSpot Jira or similar platforms
