Your tasks would be...
keep the office running smoothly and ensure a structured organized and welcoming environment
take full ownership of office operations supplies infrastructure and vendor coordination
act as the main on-site contact for team members and guests
ensure seamless meetings interviews and day-to-day office operations
support onboarding processes and prepare practical easy-to-use materials including AI-supported tools
plan and organize team events and activities that foster collaboration
support teams in a hands-on and solution-oriented way
assist with document preparation and administrative tasks
manage travel planning and logistics for C-level
Job requirements

Having proven experience in office management facilities coordination or similar administrative roles
Demonstrating excellent organizational skills strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Enjoying bringing structure into messy or fast-changing environments
Showing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
Bringing a hands-on mentality and a strong solution-oriented mindset
Possessing excellent German and English language skills
