Your tasks would be...

  • keep the office running smoothly and ensure a structured organized and welcoming environment

  • take full ownership of office operations supplies infrastructure and vendor coordination

  • act as the main on-site contact for team members and guests

  • ensure seamless meetings interviews and day-to-day office operations

  • support onboarding processes and prepare practical easy-to-use materials including AI-supported tools

  • plan and organize team events and activities that foster collaboration

  • support teams in a hands-on and solution-oriented way

  • assist with document preparation and administrative tasks

  • manage travel planning and logistics for C-level

Job requirements

You will fit well when you

  • Having proven experience in office management facilities coordination or similar administrative roles

  • Demonstrating excellent organizational skills strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask

  • Enjoying bringing structure into messy or fast-changing environments

  • Showing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable attitude

  • Bringing a hands-on mentality and a strong solution-oriented mindset

  • Possessing excellent German and English language skills
