Purpose of the position:

The Operational Excellence Managerconsultsand providesexpertiseon process interdependencies within theproduction systems (TANGO and satellite applications) with an emphasis on standardization productivity feasibility and mitigation of business risks. We collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensurescoperealization with the aim of achieving high-quality/productive solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business requirement management ( and clarification ofunderlying business requirements ensuring coverage of all relevant businesscases). This includes the review/preparation of new business requests and/orreview of solution concepts/solution strategy.

• Identifiesandaddressingprocess interdependence.

• Performs feasibility checks and in-depth analysis whererequired.

• Identifiesand manages business risks associated with requirements withrespect to uncertainty scope complexity and impact on related processes and systems.

• Provides businessexpertisefor the definition of the solution strategy andformulates process alternatives as required andfeasible.

• Provides business support for escalated cases requiring in-depth functionalknowledge in close collaboration with the Support Team.

Required Experience and Education:

• Business Knowledge Air & Sea.

• Deep understanding ofAir & Seabusiness processes and supporting systems & tools.

• Strong analytical mindset withfocuson business analysis and the identification of underlying business requirements implications and constraints.

• Strong communications influencing and negotiations skills recordof presenting to large groups and top management groups at board meetings or at conferences.

• Cooperative team workingattitude.

• Quality and efficiency driven working style.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other global or regional teams.

• Fluent in Business English (spoken and written).

• Proactive positive enthusiastic and self-driven.

• Several yearstrack recordin a business analyst and/or functional requirement analysis and specification related role in global freightforwarding.
• Knowledge inTANGOand optionalCW1EQP / GRITnGXDFargoTops.
• Bachelors degree in related technical / business areas or equivalent work experience.

• Work experience in Air / Sea Freight
