Your Mission

As Motion Designer (m/f/d) focused on Performance Marketing your mission will be to produce high-volume platform-native ad creatives at speed with motion editing as your core craft. Partnering closely with our UA team you will ship and iterate A/B variants for paid social (Meta TikTok) YouTube and emerging platforms while supporting organic social formats where they overlap.

As Lotto Scanner scales and our paid budgets grow you will play a critical role in increasing our creative production and systematizing our output. Ultimately your work will dramatically expand our testing throughputallowing us to learn faster iterate quicker and drive measurable CAC improvements through winning creative.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Daily creative production for paid channels motion ads static variants platform-native vertical content

  • Motion editing in Premiere / After Effects / CapCut hooks cutdowns motion graphics captions sound design

  • Static ad design Meta Google Display in-app variants in Figma / Photoshop

  • Use of AI to increase your throughput and efficiency

  • A/B variant production at scale quickly producing 510 variants of a winning creative across hooks formats durations aspect ratios

  • Briefing collaboration with the UA team understand the test hypothesis propose the visual / motion treatment ship

  • Performance feedback loop review whats working with the UA team; bring learnings into the next batch

  • Cross-pod support occasional support for organic social and brand campaigns where formats overlap

  • Template system building motion presets hook libraries brand-compliant variant frameworks that scale output

  • Stay close to compliance (German lottery regulation / GlüStV) work within paid-marketing visual guardrails specific to lotteries

Your Key Competencies
Must-have
  • 35 years of hands-on creative production for performance marketing in-house at a growth team performance creative studio or growth-focused agency

  • Strong motion editing expertise Premiere After Effects CapCut at production speed; comfortable with audio editing motion graphics captioning sound design

  • Static design fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator)

  • Demonstrated ability to ship at speed your portfolio shows volume not just polish

  • Deep understanding of platform-native formats: Meta Reels / Stories TikTok-first vertical YouTube Shorts in-feed statics OOH variants

  • Comfortable reading ad performance metrics (CTR hook rate completion rate CVR) and using them to iterate creative

  • AI creative tools experience (Higgsfield Runway Midjourney ElevenLabs) for production acceleration

  • English fluency. German is a plus.

Nice-to-have
  • Experience scaling a consumer app brand through performance creative

  • Sound design / music selection / licensed audio sourcing

  • Blender / Cinema 4D basics for premium motion treatments

  • Experience in regulated industries (lottery fintech gambling gaming)

  • Familiarity with creative-testing methodologies

  • Photography skills for occasional static or video shoots

Your Goals in the Role (612 months) Impact
  • Triple our creative output for paid channels from current baseline to a defined monthly target of shipped variants (set with the team in month 1)

  • Reduce brief-to-asset turnaround time establish a SLA for standard ad variants (e.g. 4872h) and consistently hit it

  • Drive measurable CTR / hook-rate / conversion-rate improvements through structured creative testing with the UA team close the loop between performance data and next iteration

  • Build a creative system reusable templates motion presets hook libraries branded assets so 80% of routine variants can be produced quickly without breaking from CI

  • Win on platform-native formats Reels TikTok-first vertical YouTube Shorts Stories the teams go-to person on what works where

  • Support the marketing content production race-weekend content social posts post-event recap reels in collaboration with the rest of the team as necessary

Your Background Education & Experience
  • 35 years in performance marketing creative motion design or growth-focused creative roles

  • In-house at a B2C consumer app or performance creative studio strongly preferred

  • Reference patterns: in-house creative teams at growth apps or performance creative studios

  • Motion design / filmmaking / animation backgrounds welcome with strong growth marketing portfolio

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience

  • Bonus: prior work on regulated-industry campaigns (lottery fintech gambling)

  • Bonus: experience scaling a brand through paid creative testing at high volume
