Job Summary

Position Summary:

Under the direction ofGeneralManager the Bauer Sales Leaderisresponsible forevolving and executing Sales strategy and growth initiatives of Bauer EMEAbusiness.TheSalesLeaderwilllead his team indeveloping CRM strategiesestablishingstrong client relationships and suggesting innovative solutions to meet client needs.The focusof the roleis toacquirenew businesses and secure ongoing growth of sales orders.This role can be performed remotely.

Major Responsibilities:

  • DirectsAccount Managerswhointerface daily withEnd UsersDirect OEMs and referred OEMsDistributors/channel partners

  • Performance Management of the team coaches trains and developshisgroup of sellers. Manage each sellers disciplined selling processes toattainquota: Purposeful account planning Time and territory management and Funnel opportunity management/CRMproficiency.

  • Perform annual review of account segmentation and account assignments

  • Deploy sales resources to effectively meet / exceed annual team and individual quota targets

  • Develops sales talent in the organization and builds bench strength in the organization.

  • Sets short and long-term sales strategiesand evaluates effectiveness of current sales deployment to drive market share growth

  • Drive &Executes Strategic Plans(Go to market Customer segmentationPartners Strategy Focused strategic and Tiered Account Plans)

  • Serves as the escalation point for sales associates and internal customer issues

  • Maintain a review cadence on funnel and ATOs with sellers and business unit partners

  • Manage and measure through analyticsinsightsand reporting through CRM tools.Utilizes CRM dashboardson a daily basisto help communicate progress against established objectives.Leverage KPIs provided by the CRM as a tool in coaching sellers

  • Leads customer related trainings and plant visitsto drive competency and awareness

  • Addressescustomer issues coordinate on quality topics to customers satisfaction

  • Manages root-cause countermeasure (RCCM) process

  • Provides management with market trendscompetition informationVOC input

  • Provides weekly and monthly KPIsto Bauer Leadership and support the monthly Business Review Process

  • Data-driven approach to drive continuous improvement opportunities that result in increased ease of doing business improved Customer Satisfaction and reduced internal operation costs

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

  • Education:UniversityDegreein Engineering Economics Management

  • Experience:7 years of experiencein Salesmanagement roles

  • Manages complexity

  • Business acumen specifically Sales and/or Sales Operations Management

  • Strategic 80/20 Mindset

  • Understanding of P&L

  • Ability to drive change transformation and disciplined #CI mindset through the organization

  • Car driver license
