Location: Johar Town G4 Lahore
Timings: 10AM-7PM
Responsibilities
On-boarding & Employee Experience
- Deliver a smooth and engaging onboarding experience from pre-boarding to orientation
- Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
Employee Relations
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers
- Handle employee concerns grievances and workplace matters with professionalism and confidentiality
- Provide guidance on HR policies and labor laws
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor laws
- Prepare and analyze HR reports (headcount turnover attendance etc.)
Compensation & Payroll Coordination
- Support benefits administration (insurance leaves etc.)
- Address employee queries related to compensation and benefits
- Coordinate with Finance for timely and accurate payroll processing
Performance & Learning
- Support the performance review cycle and documentation
- Assist in identifying training needs and implementing development plans (PIPs)
- Track learning and development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- 3-4 years of relevant HR experience (HR operations employee relations or talent management preferred)
- Solid understanding of recruitment onboarding payroll coordination and HR compliance
- Familiarity with local labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS ATS payroll systems and MS Office applications
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- High level of integrity professionalism and confidentiality
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills.
