Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for storytelling understands current video trends and can transform raw footage into engaging high-quality content for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Edit raw footage into polished videos for social media YouTube ads or internal use
Add music sound effects transitions and motion graphics
Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to meet project goals
Ensure consistency in style branding and tone across all videos
Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram TikTok YouTube etc.)
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Requirements

Proven experience as a creative video editor (portfolio required)
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro After Effects)
Basic understanding of color grading and audio editing
Strong sense of pacing storytelling and visual composition
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with motion graphics and animations
Knowledge of social media trends and formats
Experience with short-form content (Reels TikTok Shorts)
Basic graphic design skills

Compensation
