Job Summary

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in HR Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3 years of proven experience in HR handling recruitment employee engagement and HR operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and leadership.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex employee matters.
  • In-depth understanding of HR compliance labor laws and best practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and experience in managing or mentoring teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing interviewing and onboarding ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns resolving issues professionally and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Oversee onboarding performance management and employee development programs.
  • Manage payroll processing and related statutory compliance including EOBI and PESSI.
  • Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with company guidelines and labor laws.
  • Drive employee engagement training and retention initiatives to build a motivated workforce.
  • Maintain accurate HR records reports and documentation.
  • Support leadership in implementing HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
