Job Summary
Core Edge Solution is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative with prior call center experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound calls managing customer inquiries promoting company products and converting leads into sales while upholding professional standards and achieving performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate relevant product information
- Promote and sell company products and services to achieve defined sales objectives
- Maintain timely follow-ups to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
- Develop and sustain long-term client relationships
- Consistently achieve or exceed daily and monthly sales targets
