Job Description
We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking HR Help Desk Executive to support employees by handling HR-related inquiries and providing accurate timely assistance. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple requests in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle HR inquiries via chat email or phone in Mandarin and English
Provide support on HR policies employee records payroll and benefits
Resolve issues or escalate complex cases to the relevant HR teams
Maintain accurate documentation of employee interactions
Ensure service quality and response time meet company standards
Support administrative HR tasks when required
Requirements
Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written)
Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service / Help Desk / HR support
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of HR processes is a plus
Willing to work on-site in Penang
