Job Summary
Product-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of the software product lifecycle and the
unique challenges of product implementation vs. custom development.
Implementation Methodology Expertise: Proven expertise in frameworks for implementation
(e.g. own methodology Agile Implementation etc.).
Influential Leader: Ability to inspire global teams and collaborate effectively with R&D and
Product Management.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Excellent client-facing and communication skills with
experience managing senior business and technology stakeholders including C-level
interactions.
Strategic Problem Solver: Adept at navigating product-related challenges configuration
complexities and integration hurdles.
Global Operator: Experience managing distributed teams and implementing products for
international clients.
Commercial & Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of delivery economics including
effort estimation resourcing cost control and margin management.
