Job Summary
Production Technician (Contract) - Indore MP
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Technician to join our team in Indore Madhya Pradesh. This is a contract position within the FMCG / Foods / Beverage industry offering a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to contribute to a leading company.
Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all safety regulations.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to meet quality standards.
- Perform routine equipment checks and scheduled maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor production issues.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- ITI qualification in a relevant technical field.
- A minimum of 250000 to 300000 (please clarify currency and unit for salary range e.g. INR per annum) in experience.
- Proficiency in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Strong understanding of production processes within the FMCG / Foods / Beverage sector.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
