- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI including Power BI Desktop Power BI Service data modeling DAX and Power Query (M language).
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow reporting and analytics including Report Designer Performance Analytics dashboards and custom widgets/applications.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture data model (tables relationships CMDB) and scripting capabilities for advanced reporting needs.
- Strong experience in data modeling including star/snowflake schemas data transformations and relational database concepts.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow data with Power BI and other external data sources into unified reporting solutions.
- Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and UX/UI principles for dashboard design.
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure and ITSM metrics (availability incidents changes problems capacity SLA compliance etc.).
- Experience with performance optimization techniques for both Power BI and ServiceNow platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and gather clear requirements.
