Skills: Workday HCM Technical Experience Required: 6-8 Location: PAN India JD - Workday Customer Requirement: We are looking to bring in an experienced Workday System Analyst to help support the Workday HCM platform and manage day-to-day HRIS support activities. The goal is to provide additional operational support so senior analysts can dedicate more time to development and enhancement work Key Responsibilities Provide end to end functional support for Workday HCM modules including Core HCM Absence Time Tracking Compensation Talent Recruiting and Reporting. Handle incidents service requests and break fix issues raised through the HR Helpdesk or ticketing tools. Perform Workday configuration changes troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA). Support production data maintenance including mass data loads data corrections and audits. Assist with semi annual Workday releases impact analysis configuration updates testing and deployment. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend best practice Workday solutions. Maintain data integrity by running and reviewing Workday audit and validation reports. Support security role assignments and access controls in Workday. Prepare functional documentation SOPs and knowledge articles. Required Skills & Experience 5 8 years of overall experience with strong hands on experience in Workday. Solid functional expertise in Workday HCM (Core HCM mandatory; Absence/Time Tracking preferred). Experience in Production Support environments. Strong understanding of business processes and HR operations. Hands on experience with Workday configuration reporting and data loads. Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have Exposure to Workday Extend (for developer/advanced roles). Experience supporting US or global HR operations. Prior client facing or offshore onsite coordination experience. |
