Job Description Deployed Project Support Associate

The Deployed Project Support group delivers global support for recruitment and timekeeping applications such as SAP Etrack and BrassRing used on Bechtel projects. The primary purpose of this position is to be part of the DPS team and contribute to providing configuration and development support for these applications. The successful candidate should have a strong work ethic be self-driven and be able to work with minimal supervision while collaborating closely with IT teams and stakeholders to understand data requirements analyze issues and provide appropriate solutions.

1 to 2 years of SAP HCM Payroll configuration experience in SAP ECC 6.0 or higher.

Knowledge or experience in SAP R/3 ECC 6.0 or higher.

SAP Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) knowledge is preferred.

Knowledge of SAP HCM modules including HR Payroll Benefits and related data flow processes.

Ability to quickly learn Bechtel-implemented systems such as BrassRing and Etrack and provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 production support for existing systems.

Ability to troubleshoot data and system issues.

Ability to develop conduct and support user training for SAP ECC and other applications.

Assist in developing test cases and coordinating enhancements and system changes through testing.

Knowledge of controlled development testing and production environments.

Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving debugging and analytical skills.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with IT teams and stakeholders to understand business needs analyze issues and deliver effective solutions.

Strong work ethic self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
