Role Descriptions:
Experience with OS installation Upgrades and Patching Strong Knowledge in Windows& 2025 severs and troubleshooting Skills Analysis and Troubleshooting on BSOD issues Good Documentation skills Hands on Experience in server Migration and Decom Based on the issue need to coordinate with third party vendors (Ex: MS HP EMC) Analysis and Troubleshooting on Memory and CPU Utilization issues and Disk Space issues Good Exposer to AD DNS DHCP & Group Policy creations Should have expertise in Data backup and Business continuity and Disaster Recovery planning Configuring and troubleshooting on Cluster Issues and Windows Load Balancing Should have experience in Monitoring tools like HP Solaris and Solar wind Strong in AD File and Print server Management Knowledge in Windows Security experienced in Antivirus tools
