Job Description:
Experience in IT project coordination technology lifecycle management or similar discipline.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to interpret complex data.
High attention to detail-zero defect mindset required.
Experience with ServiceNow (preferred) or similar ITSM/asset management tools.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau etc.).
Ability to manage high-volume workloads while meeting strict SLAs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with application teams technology SMEs and leadership stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform end to end validation of TLM remediation projects (15 30 per day depending on workload).
Execute technology-specific validation processes with 100% accuracy across all supported technologies.
Investigate and verify remediation evidence documenting outcomes according to standards.
Work from a first in first out validation queue while ensuring all validations meet the 10 business day SLA.
Identify and escalate issues when validation discrepancies arise to avoid rework and customer impact.
Maintain deep understanding of multiple technology validation workflows and adapt to updates or process changes.
Refresh and validate monthly Application Impact Analyses for all in-flight technologies (40 technologies).
Follow a structured and time-bound reporting schedule to ensure reporting readiness.
Review and balance metrics prior to publication to ensure accuracy across leadership-facing dashboards and tools.
Collaborate with partners to reconcile discrepancies and maintain metric integrity.
Respond to varying data requests from leadership and stakeholders.
Analyze slice and structure TLM and tech debt data to support strategic decisions.
Present findings with clarity accuracy and actionable insights tailored to audience needs.
Support automation design and development to streamline recurring TLM processes.
Contribute to report development dashboard enhancements and metric standardization.
Perform Application Impact Analyses when required.
Participate in continuous improvement of operational workflows and data structure.
Perform mass updates to project records to ensure alignment with latest lifecycle data and business requirements.
Audit verify and update SVP and Governance Committee (Gov Comm) assignment fields to maintain organizational accuracy.
Maintain strict data hygiene across all TLM ServiceNow records.
