Learning & Training Strategy

Define and execute a robust enterprise-wide learning strategy aligned with business goals growth

plans and capability frameworks. Build long-term learning roadmaps covering sales capability

leadership development on boarding functional training compliance and future skills. Conduct
-
organizational capability and skill-gap assessments across sales technology operations and
-
customer-facing teams.

Sales Capability & Field Enablement
-
Design and deliver sales training interventions to improve productivity conversion and time-to-
-
performance of sales teams field agents and channel partners. Will head the trainers team and be
-
accountable for planning and executing other training program. Create structured on boarding and
-
continuous learning journeys for frontline and field-based teams. Delivering field sales Training
-
through Remote Online and Offline Mode. Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs for regional
-
trainers and sales managers.

Content Development & Digital Learning
-
Oversee development of engaging training content including manuals playbooks e-learning modules
-
micro learning assessments and certifications. Ensure content remains current with fintech
-
regulatory and compliance requirements. Leverage LMS mobile learning gamification and digital-
-
first methodologies for scalable learning delivery.

Leadership Development & Facilitation

Design and deliver leadership development programs for mid-level and senior leaders. Facilitate high-
-
impact workshops capability-building sessions and change management programs linked to new
-
products processes or technology rollouts.

Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement-

Define and track learning impact metrics such as productivity improvement sales conversion learner
-
adoption and business outcomes. Use data and insights to continuously refine learning programs and
-
improve effectiveness.

Stakeholder & Team Management

Partner closely with senior leadership HRBPs business heads and compliance teams to align learning
-
initiatives with organizational priorities. Lead mentor and manage a team of trainers instructional
-
designers or regional L&D resources (as applicable).Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on
-
workforce capability and talent readiness.
