Senior Manager / AVP Open Access Group Captive & Power Markets

Reports To: Founder / Business Head

Role Purpose

We are looking for a senior professional to lead the commercial regulatory and transaction structuring side of renewable power procurement deals for C&I consumers.

The role involves evaluating the right supply model such as open access third-party PPA captive group captive exchange-based procurement or hybrid structures - and guiding deals from opportunity assessment to commercial closure.

Key Responsibilities

Advise on procurement structures for C&I consumers
Evaluate state-wise open access feasibility
Lead commercial structuring of renewable PPAs
Support pricing strategy and savings analysis
Review contract terms with legal teams
Assess short-term vs long-term procurement strategy
Engage with developers offtakers traders and stakeholders
Participate in customer meetings as subject matter expert
Build internal frameworks and risk assessment models
Mentor junior analysts and team members

Required Experience

8 15 years in Indian power markets / renewable energy
Experience in open access captive/group captive structuring
Strong knowledge of Indian power market regulations
Experience working with C&I consumers developers utilities
Ability to negotiate commercial terms and manage stakeholders
