Sourcing Bulk Hiring BSFI Exp Strong with F&A hiring Strong sourcing through different channels and recruiting skills majorly in F&A SKILL: Sourcing Screening Non-IT recruitment end to end recruitment coordination. - Excellent communication skill - End to end recruitment experience mainly in NON IT hiring such as finance legal information security marcom - Experience in sourcing profiles from all the job portals such as Naukri/Linked IN and Monster - Ability to source profiles for complex roles - Good stake holder management - Ability to collaborate within the team - Preferable from Tier 1 organization 1-3 year. excellent communication good excel knowledge
