Required Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of Benefits Programs (Mandatory): Strong foundational understanding of health welfare and retirement benefit structures and compliance.
- Analytical & Data Skills (Mandatory): Ability to process complex data sets identify trends and maintain high accuracy in reporting.
- Communication Skills (Mandatory): Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical data and employee experience.
- Project & Stakeholder Management (Optional): Experience in coordinating cross-functional projects and managing expectations with internal and external partners is a plus.
- Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM IST
