Tasks

Role & responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Partnering (The Growth Architect)

  • Business Alignment: Partner with leadership to translate WIPLs annual business goals into actionable HR strategies (Manpower planning Budgeting and Org Design).

  • Change Management: Lead the team through organizational shifts ensuring high morale and minimal disruption during periods of rapid growth.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze HR metrics (turnover rates time-to-hire employee satisfaction) to provide the leadership team with strategic recommendations.

2. Performance & Talent Management

  • Succession Planning: Identify high-potential employees and create future-leader roadmaps to ensure business continuity.

  • Strategic Goal Setting: Oversee the implementation of KPIs/OKRs that ensure every team members daily work contributes to the companys bottom line.

  • Learning & Development (L&D): Identify skill gaps within the organization and design training programs that prepare our workforce for future challenges.

3. End-to-End People Operations

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the Hire-to-Retire journey ensuring we attract and retain the best women and men in the industry.

  • The Swift Navigator Execution: Swiftly manage payroll compliance and grievances with 100% accuracy and zero friction.

  • Policy Innovation: Develop HR policies that are not just compliant but are competitive and market-leading to attract top-tier talent.

4. Culture & Brand Advocacy

  • Employer Branding: Build WIPLs reputation as the Employer of Choice particularly for women professionals.

  • Employee Engagement: Design high-impact engagement initiatives that foster a sense of belonging and drive high retention.

Requirements

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 310 years in HR with significant experience in Strategic HR or as an HR Business Partner (HRBP).

  • Education: Any Graduate MBA in HR or equivalent from a premier institute.

  • Mindset: You think like a Business Owner. You understand how a people decision impacts the P&L.

  • Skills: Exceptional EQ swift decision-making and the ability to navigate complex organizational processes without losing momentum.

  • Communication: A People Person who can influence stakeholders and inspire the workforce.
