Intelligence Analyst II EIS

JOB DESCRIPTION: INTELLIGENCE ANALYST IIWho We Are Looking ForCrisis24 is hiring an Intelligence Analyst based in our office in Bangalore India to join our Embedded Intelligence Services Division. The role will be to support the needs of various clients producing bespoke intelligence to support specific requirements as directed. The ideal candidate will be adaptable have broad corporate security or intelligence analysis experience and be suited to work in a fast-paced demanding role is to support a 24/7 team and therefore will involve weekend and shift work. This is a hybrid role with regular office attendance You Will Work OnProduce timely comprehensive customized intelligence products to inform decision makers and support various client functions and requirements. Typical duties and responsibilities include:Open-source intelligence collection for active and developing threats to client travelers assets and operationsGather assess and disseminate analysis on regional trends events and global security threats the likelihood and to what degree that they will affect the client travelers assets and operationsLiaise with client stakeholders to understandrequirements and concernsActively monitor open-source media third-party subscription services and other sources in real time for issues that could affect business operations and personnelProduce bespoke itinerary-based threat assessments covering travel sites and locationsBe responsible for the production and delivery of regular cadence intelligence reports (Daily/weekly/monthly)Conduct social media monitoring for threats to individuals and brand reputation and investigations into persons of interestManage client expectations by understanding the EIS teams product offerings and limitationsSupport the manager in tracking metrics around productionExperienceBachelors degree required; Masters degree or equivalent experience is preferred2 to 4 years of experience in intelligence analysis threat assessment incident response or a related field requiredSkillsExcellent research writing and verbal briefing skillsExcellent analytic skills including familiarity with analytic techniquesKnowledge of Microsoft Office especially Word Excel and PowerPointKnowledge of Google Earth and MapsEffective problem-solving and multi-tasking skillsAbility to organize and prioritize work with little supervisionAbility to adhere to timelines and deadlines with effective time management skillsGood rapport-building skills with other analysts subject matter experts and client contactsAdditional language and travel experience preferredCustomer service experience preferredAdditional NotesFlexible hours and work days are required to meet Crisis24s core missionRequired to be available to travel to client locations as neededCandidates will be asked to pass a background check as well as writing and technology aptitude screenings as a condition of employment.
