Client service is focused on providing Consulting Assurance Tax Strategy & Transactions and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless high-quality value-added support helping deliver exceptional client service.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective high-skilled and innovative services to support EYs global and local enablement teams. Markets BMC AWS Finance and Accounting Risk Management Procurement People Shared Services IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams along with Service Lines Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics digital user experience mobile technology infrastructure Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

The Opportunity

• Work on largescale SAP S/4HANA ePPDS / PPDS implementations / support
• Help clients optimize production planning finite scheduling and capacity utilization
• Be part of endtoend supply chain transformations from design to hyper care
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams across planning execution and analytics
• Opportunity to deepen expertise in embedded planning and advanced scheduling

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering and business blueprinting for both standaloneSAP APOandS/4HANA embedded PP/DS (ePPDS)environments.
• Configure and maintain theCore Interface (CIF)in classic environments including integration models and queue monitoring for master and transaction data.
• ManageS/4HANA Advanced Planning master datasettings
• Design and implementMaster Dataobjects across platforms including Production Process Models (PPM) for APO andProduction Data Structures (PDS)for S/4HANA.
• Configure theDetailed Scheduling (DS) Planning BoardandProduct Planning Tableto align with specific production floor requirements.
• Fine-tunePlanning Heuristicsand theDS Optimizerto automate finite capacity scheduling and optimize order sequences.
• Implement advanced scheduling features such asSequence-Dependent Setup (SDS)Block Planning andCampaign Planning.
• Define and managePegging Strategies(Fixed and Dynamic) to ensure strong synchronization between demand and supply.
• Oversee the transition fromSAP GUI-basedclassic tools to modernSAP Fiori appslike Monitor Capacity Utilization and Production Scheduling Board.
• Develop functional specifications for custom enhancements (WRICEF) and coordinate with technical teams for BAdI implementations in both APO and S/4HANA.
• Conduct end-to-endSystem Integration Testing (SIT)andUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)for complex supply chain scenarios.
• Provide expertise in integrating PP/DS with other modules likeSAP IBP(for demand handover) MM SD and EWM.
• LeadCutover and Hypercareactivities including initial data loads LiveCache setup and post-go-live troubleshooting.

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong functional expertise in SAP PP/DS or Embedded PP/DS (ePPDS)
• Handson experience with tank planning in process industries
• Solid understanding of finite scheduling pegging sequencing and capacity planning
• Experience configuring tank resources setup matrices cleaning cycles and changeover logic
• Strong knowledge of heuristics optimizer and interactive planning board usage
• Ability to translate complex production and tank constraints into SAP planning models
• Strong analytical debugging and rootcause analysis skills
• Effective communication skills for working with global and crossfunctional teams

Ideally youll also

• Experience with one or all process manufacturing industries (chemicals oil & gas FMCG pharma food & beverage)
• Exposure to ePPDS tank planning and S/4HANA embedded planning architecture
• Knowledge of batch management cleaning requirements and regulatory constraints
• Experience with APO PP/DS to S/4HANA ePPDS migration
• Basic exposure to ABAP debugging BAdIs or custom heuristics
• Prior clientfacing consulting experience
