Job Summary
Bring your energy to Aggreko as Sector Sales Lead - Metals & Miningbased in Delhi-NCR.
As Sector Sales Leadyou will drive revenue and EBITDA growth by leading and developing sales teams (24 representatives). You will own the design and execution of sales plans aligned to company strategy ensure CRM and process excellence monitor sales performance and pricing and coach team members to exceed targets. You will also actively lead key accounts and strategic opportunities while building a strong performance-driven sales culture.

What youll do as a Sector Sales Lead - Metals & Mining:
Drive revenue and EBITDA growth through effective leadership and management of field sales teams
Develop and implement India Mining sector-specific sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities
Deliver structured performance coaching and development through regular field visits one-on-ones and ride-alongs
Implement robust pipeline management systems ensuring forecast accuracy and healthy opportunity flow
Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including activity levels conversion rates and pricing governance
Provide hands-on leadership in strategic accounts and complex opportunities while developing team capabilities
Drive CRM excellence and process adherence to ensure data-driven decision making
Foster effective collaboration across marketing operations and technical specialists to maximize solution delivery
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers in the territory/sector
You are:
Having 10 - 12 years external sales experience.
Successful track record in relevant sector sales with consistent target achievement
Previous experience working in global/matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholder management
Proven coaching and team development capabilities with evidence of developing high performers
Experience managing high-performing sales teams to exceed revenue and profitability targets
Strong CRM management skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities
Experience working effectively with marketing teams to implement campaigns and drive lead generation
