Location: Hyderabad India

The Manager GES R2D FC&A This role offers an opportunity to lead endtoendRecord to Report (R2R / AtR) service delivery for global business units within a highperformance Shared Services environment. As a people leader the manager drives accurate timely auditready financials champions standardization and automation and partners closely with global stakeholders. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced matrixed global setup enjoys solving complex challenges and is passionate about team development continuous improvement and finance transformation.

Your key responsibilities

  • Strong expertise in Record to Report / Accounting to Report processes including month-end close reconciliations fixed assets and intercompany.
  • Exceptional leadership capability coaching teams performance management and building a culture of accountability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills especially in global matrixed environments.
  • High-level analytical and conceptual thinking with strong problemsolving abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to express ideas with clarity.
  • Good understanding of systems & data flows and familiarity with MS Office; exposure to Power BI or reporting tools is an advantage.

You bring

  • Bachelors or masters degree in finance or accounting; MBA / CA / CPA / CMA preferred.
  • 810 years of experience in R2R / AtR finance or related domains.
  • 35 years of people management experience leading teams of at least 10 members.
  • Strong exposure to Global Shared Services operations.
  • Proven ability to work with and support global stakeholders across regions.
  • Experience driving continuous improvement automation and participating in process transitions/migrations
