Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant Project Management
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Consultant with expertise in Project Management. This role will involve leading strategic initiatives driving project success and providing expert guidance to clients to enhance their business processes and systems.

Responsibilities
Guide and coach the development teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
Facilitate all Scrum events including sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to understand project requirements manage the product backlog and ensure alignment with business goals
Remove any impediments or obstacles that may hinder the teams progress or productivity
Foster an environment of continuous improvement helping the team identify and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and quality
Track and report on team progress velocity and other relevant metrics to ensure transparency and visibility to stakeholders
Promote a culture of collaboration self-organization and accountability within the team
Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and practices while tailoring them to fit the specific needs and constraints of the organization
Provide guidance and support to team members fostering their professional growth and development

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
BE/B Tech/MCA/MBA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach guiding teams in the successful adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies
Excellent knowledge and understanding of Scrum principles practices and artifacts
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards high performance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Experience with Agile project management tools and software
Prior experience of working in Banking and Financial Services domain
Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (e.g. Kanban) is a plus
