About the Role:

05The Team: As a member of the Client Services team youll be an integral part of our team dedicated to supporting clients using our S&P Capital IQ and Capital IQ Pro platforms. Youll collaborate closely with experienced professionals across various departments including Sales Content Product News and Technical Support. This will help provide a unique chance to gain insights into how our organization operates and serves diverse clients in industries such as Investment Banking Private Equity Investment Management Financial Corporate and Non-Financial Corporate sectors.

Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Assist in providing exceptional customer service to clients through various channels including phone calls emails and chats. Learn to address client inquiries resolve issues and provide product consultations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance client interactions and support internal initiatives.
- Learning Opportunities: Participate in product demonstrations webinars and training sessions to deepen your understanding of our platforms and client needs.
- Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to building and updating our Knowledge Base to support ongoing learning and development within the organization.
What Were Looking For:
- Graduate with any specializations in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
- Proactive attitude willingness to learn and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic hands on experience on MS-Excel.
