Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President Lead Architect/Tech Lead
We are looking for an experienced Lead Architect to define and drive the architecture of Contact Centre platforms and Agentic AI-based applications. The role is responsible for designing scalable secure and resilient solutions leveraging Amazon Connect cloud-native services and Agentic AI frameworks while aligning technology decisions with business objectives and enterprise standards.
The Lead Architect will provide technical leadership across multiple delivery teams guiding solution design from concept through production and ensuring architectural consistency across programs.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end solution architecture for Contact Centre and Agentic AI programs
Design scalable architectures leveraging Amazon Connect and AWS services
Define reference architectures patterns and reusable components
Ensure solutions meet performance reliability scalability and security requirements
Provide architectural guidance from concept through production and optimization
ead architecture for Amazon Connect-based contact centre solutions including:
oVoice chat and digital channels
oIVR call flows routing strategies queues and SLAs
oIntegrations with CRM ticketing analytics WFM and recording systems
Ensure high availability and disaster recovery designs
Guide modern CCaaS migration and transformation strategies
Define architecture for Agentic AI systems including:
oConversational AI / virtual agents
oAutonomous task execution and orchestration
oAI-assisted decision-making and intelligent routing
Collaborate with data science and ML teams on model integration and lifecycle
Define AI guardrails observability monitoring and fallback strategies
Ensure compliance with responsible AI governance privacy and regulatory standards
Act as the technical authority for architecture decisions across programs
Review and approve solution designs technical specifications and implementations
Mentor architects and senior engineers across teams
Partner with Product Business Security and Infrastructure teams
Participate in architecture review boards and technology roadmap planning
Embed security-by-design and privacy controls across all solutions
Ensure compliance with enterprise security data protection and regulatory frameworks
Define NFRs including latency throughput resilience and observability
Advocate DevSecOps and cloud best practices
Job Qualifications
Relevant years of overall IT experience with relevant years in an architecture role
Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect architecture and integrations
Strong knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda API Gateway Lex S3 IAM CloudWatch
Experience architecting Agentic AI / AI-driven applications including:
oConversational AI and virtual assistants
oWorkflow automation and orchestration
oLLM-based or autonomous systems (platform-level integration)
Experience with microservices APIs event-driven architectures
Minimum qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field
Experience in Contact Centre CX AI or Digital Transformation domains
Preferred qualifications
Strong experience designing cloud-native distributed systems
Proven ability to lead architecture across complex multi-system environments
Excellent stakeholder communication and technical storytelling skills
Experience working in Agile / SAFe / Hybrid delivery models
