About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts and Tax Specialist to manage financial accounting and taxation functions within a dynamic oil & gas services environment. The role involves handling financial records ensuring compliance with tax regulations and supporting accurate financial reporting to enable effective business operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial ManagementMaintain accurate financial records including general ledger journal entries and monthly quarterly and annual financial proper documentation and filing of all financial and manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Taxation & Compliance Handle direct and indirect tax filings including GST TDS and other statutory compliance with Indian tax laws and regulatory and review tax returns reports and supporting with auditors and tax authorities when required.
Financial Reporting & Analysis Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and provide in budgeting forecasting and financial planning reports for management to support expenses and support cost control initiatives.
Audit & Internal ControlsSupport internal and external audits by preparing required adherence to financial policies and internal control areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
Coordination & SupportCoordinate with internal departments for financial data and in payroll processing and employee organized financial records for audits and reporting support for finance-related administrative activities.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related certification such as CA Inter/Final CMA or equivalent is preferred.47 years of experience in accounting and taxation preferably within oil & gas engineering or service industries.
