Job Overview: We are currently seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff at our location in Nashik Maharashtra India. As a member of our ground staff team you will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to our passengers ensuring their safety and comfort throughout their journey. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in boarding gates and arrival areas - Handle baggage and cargo including loading and unloading from aircraft - Conduct security checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations - Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules delays and other inquiries - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely operations - Assist in the boarding process and handle any special requests or needs of passengers - Respond to and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized work area including the check-in counters and boarding gates - Adhere to all company policies and procedures including safety and security protocols - Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements to processes and procedures Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Knowledge of basic computer skills and ability to use airport systems and equipment - Fluent in English and Hindi knowledge of additional languages is a plus - Must have a valid passport and be able to pass a background check and drug test If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a strong work ethic we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team at Bluespirit.
