Associate Staff Engineer, Generative AI

Job Summary
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 4 Years.
- Strong working experience in Generative AI LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with LLM application frameworks such as LangChain LangGraph LlamaIndex SmolAgents or similar.
- Experience in designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and workflows.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience working with AI/ML libraries.
- Experience with vector databases such as FAISS Pinecone Weaviate or Azure AI Search.
- Hands-on experience with Knowledge Graphs and graph databases like Neo4j.
- Strong understanding of LLM internals prompt engineering fine-tuning techniques (LoRA PEFT) and foundation models.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (Bedrock SageMaker) and/or Azure (Azure OpenAI Azure ML Azure AI Foundry).
- Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps practices including model monitoring logging evaluation frameworks and observability.
- Experience integrating structured and unstructured data sources for semantic search and contextual AI systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Writing and reviewing great quality code.
- Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the clients needs in the context of the project.
- Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements and being able to define technologies patterns and frameworks to realize it.
- Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets.
- Enabling application development by coordinating requirements schedules and activities.
- Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs.
- Creating understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task and being able to justify it.
- Addressing issues promptly responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
- Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs.
- Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken.
- Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
