We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role ofAdministration and Business Support Foreign Exchange.
In this role you will:
- Contributes to the profitability of the business by providing effective support functions including processing checking trades payments and/or confirmation of Inter-bank/Corporate and E-Treasury transactions. Works well independently completes assigned tasks in the established timeframe completes regular assignments without reminders or additional requests.
- Phone interactions with customers focusing on resolving their requests promptly with efficiency accurateness professionally and courteous manners to promote customer loyalty. Able to be a checker and approve deals where payments would be generated.
- Pre-settlement & Settlement: Confirmations and settlement on all Foreign Exchange transactions Continuous Linked Settlement (CLS) Non-Deliverable Forward (NDF) Money Market(MM) to be matched and settled in an accurate and timely manner to mitigate settlement and market risk for all Inter-bankCorporate and E-Treasurytransactions. (where applicable)
- Post Settlement: Investigate all post settlement exceptions for Foreign Exchange and Money Market transactions in a timely and accurate manner (where applicable)
To be successful you will:
- A post-graduate diploma or degree in any discipline. Work experience in Foreign Exchange.
- Ability to speak and understand English fluently. Ability to speak and understand Cantonese is an added advantage.
- Ability to write business letters and reports Good conversational/telephone skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge appropriately. Ability to understand and interpret numeric data. Minimum basic computer knowledge
- Flexibility to work shifts. Ability to build rapport with and relate to a wide range of people
