A Hyper care lead is a critical role that ensures the smooth transition of project or system from implementation to production providing support and care to stakeholders during the initial period after go live some key responsibilities are:

Lead and manage the hypercare team
Ensure smooth transition
Provide support and care
Monitor and report
Collaborate with teams
