Job Summary:
We are seeking a BIM Engineer with strong expertise in Revit Family Creation to support our BIM deliverables. The ideal candidate will have handson experience in developing highquality parametric Revit families and working closely with design and BIM teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create modify and manage Revit families (Parametric & Nonparametric)
- Develop families as per project standards LOD requirements and BIM execution plans
- Ensure accuracy quality and consistency of BIM content
- Coordinate with architects/engineers to integrate families into project models
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing Revit families for performance
- Maintain family libraries and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in BIM with strong focus on Revit Family Creation
- Proficiency in Revit BIM.
- Good understanding of BIM standards LOD and workflows
- Knowledge of Architectural / MEP / Structural families (as applicable)
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience working on international projects
- Knowledge of Dynamo or automation tools
- Understanding of BIM coordination processes
