We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Head to lead the entire HR function of a Textile Spinning Mill. The candidate will be responsible for driving HR strategy managing large-scale workforce operations ensuring statutory compliance and fostering a productive industrial relations environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations for the plant
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Handle large blue-collar workforce management (operators technicians helpers)
- Drive Industrial Relations (IR) and maintain a positive shop-floor culture
- Ensure full compliance with labour laws (PF ESI Factory Act Bonus Gratuity etc.)
- Oversee recruitment manpower planning and workforce optimization
- Lead performance management employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Manage payroll inputs attendance systems and shift planning
- Handle disciplinary actions grievances and union interactions (if applicable)
- Build strong HR systems policies and processes
Requirements
Strong experience in Textile Spinning / Manufacturing Industry HR
Expertise in Industrial Relations & Labour Law Compliance
Proven leadership in managing large workforce (500 employees preferred)
Strategic thinking with strong execution ability
Excellent stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills
Strong knowledge of HR systems HR analytics and reporting
Ability to work in plant-based environment
