Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Head to lead the entire HR function of a Textile Spinning Mill. The candidate will be responsible for driving HR strategy managing large-scale workforce operations ensuring statutory compliance and fostering a productive industrial relations environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations for the plant
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Handle large blue-collar workforce management (operators technicians helpers)
  • Drive Industrial Relations (IR) and maintain a positive shop-floor culture
  • Ensure full compliance with labour laws (PF ESI Factory Act Bonus Gratuity etc.)
  • Oversee recruitment manpower planning and workforce optimization
  • Lead performance management employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Manage payroll inputs attendance systems and shift planning
  • Handle disciplinary actions grievances and union interactions (if applicable)
  • Build strong HR systems policies and processes


Requirements

  • Strong experience in Textile Spinning / Manufacturing Industry HR
  • Expertise in Industrial Relations & Labour Law Compliance
  • Proven leadership in managing large workforce (500 employees preferred)
  • Strategic thinking with strong execution ability
  • Excellent stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems HR analytics and reporting
  • Ability to work in plant-based environment


  • Benefits

    • MBA / MSW in Human Resources
    • Prior experience as HR Head / Senior HR Manager in Textile or Manufacturing sector
