We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Head to lead the entire HR function of a Textile Spinning Mill. The candidate will be responsible for driving HR strategy managing large-scale workforce operations ensuring statutory compliance and fostering a productive industrial relations environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations for the plant
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Handle large blue-collar workforce management (operators technicians helpers)
Drive Industrial Relations (IR) and maintain a positive shop-floor culture
Ensure full compliance with labour laws (PF ESI Factory Act Bonus Gratuity etc.)
Oversee recruitment manpower planning and workforce optimization
Lead performance management employee engagement and retention initiatives
Manage payroll inputs attendance systems and shift planning
Handle disciplinary actions grievances and union interactions (if applicable)
Build strong HR systems policies and processes
Requirements
Strong experience in Textile Spinning / Manufacturing Industry HR
Expertise in Industrial Relations & Labour Law Compliance
Proven leadership in managing large workforce (500 employees preferred)
Strong knowledge of HR systems HR analytics and reporting
Ability to work in plant-based environment
