Job Summary

The Banquet Coordinator will manage end-to-end banquet and event operations ensuring smooth execution and high customer satisfaction for events conducted at the venue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage banquet events and functions end-to-end
  • Interact with clients to understand event requirements and expectations
  • Coordinate with vendors catering and internal teams for smooth execution
  • Ensure timely setup and execution of events as per the plan.
  • Handle guest queries and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Monitor event flow and resolve issues on the spot.
  • Maintain event schedules bookings and coordination records


Requirements

  • Any Graduate (Hotel Management/Event Management preferred)
  • 13 years of experience in banquet/event coordination
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good coordination and multitasking ability
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving approach
  • Female candidates preferred (Male candidates can also be considered)
