Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage banquet events and functions end-to-end
- Interact with clients to understand event requirements and expectations
- Coordinate with vendors catering and internal teams for smooth execution
- Ensure timely setup and execution of events as per the plan.
- Handle guest queries and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Monitor event flow and resolve issues on the spot.
- Maintain event schedules bookings and coordination records
Requirements
- Any Graduate (Hotel Management/Event Management preferred)
- 13 years of experience in banquet/event coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good coordination and multitasking ability
- Customer-focused with problem-solving approach
- Female candidates preferred (Male candidates can also be considered)
