Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate -HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk and sales hiring roles. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hiring for non-IT positions particularly in high-volume and sales-driven environments. Candidates with a background in BFSI recruitment will be preferred.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for bulk and sales hiring mandates
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals social media referrals and vendor partnerships
  • Screen shortlist and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Handle large volumes of hiring within tight deadlines
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing requirements
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and job specifications
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports





Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 13 years of experience in recruitment (Non-IT hiring)
  • Proven experience in bulk hiring and sales hiring
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Good stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in BFSI recruitment will be an added advantage
