We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate -HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk and sales hiring roles. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hiring for non-IT positions particularly in high-volume and sales-driven environments. Candidates with a background in BFSI recruitment will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for bulk and sales hiring mandates
Source candidates through various channels such as job portals social media referrals and vendor partnerships
Screen shortlist and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Handle large volumes of hiring within tight deadlines
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing requirements
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and job specifications
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
13 years of experience in recruitment (Non-IT hiring)
Proven experience in bulk hiring and sales hiring
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Good stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in BFSI recruitment will be an added advantage
