Job Summary

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Executive Field Recruiter with 13 years of experience in bulk hiring blue-collar recruitment and gig workforce hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and onboarding candidates for high-volume roles across multiple locations.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements.
  • Source candidates for blue-collar roles such as delivery executives warehouse staff drivers helpers and field sales executives.
  • Handle gig hiring for flexible and on-demand workforce requirements.
  • Conduct field recruitment activities including job camps walk-ins and local sourcing drives.
  • Partner with local vendors placement agencies and job portals to generate candidate pipelines.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
  • Maintain daily recruitment trackers and reports.
  • Ensure target-based hiring within defined timelines.
  • Build strong local networks to support continuous hiring needs.





Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Experience in bulk hiring and volume recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of blue-collar and gig workforce hiring.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with local job markets and sourcing channels.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools.
