The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and onboarding candidates for high-volume roles across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements.
Source candidates for blue-collar roles such as delivery executives warehouse staff drivers helpers and field sales executives.
Handle gig hiring for flexible and on-demand workforce requirements.
Conduct field recruitment activities including job camps walk-ins and local sourcing drives.
Partner with local vendors placement agencies and job portals to generate candidate pipelines.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Maintain daily recruitment trackers and reports.
Ensure target-based hiring within defined timelines.
Build strong local networks to support continuous hiring needs.
