Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Executive Field Recruiter with 13 years of experience in bulk hiring blue-collar recruitment and gig workforce hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and onboarding candidates for high-volume roles across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements.
- Source candidates for blue-collar roles such as delivery executives warehouse staff drivers helpers and field sales executives.
- Handle gig hiring for flexible and on-demand workforce requirements.
- Conduct field recruitment activities including job camps walk-ins and local sourcing drives.
- Partner with local vendors placement agencies and job portals to generate candidate pipelines.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and reports.
- Ensure target-based hiring within defined timelines.
- Build strong local networks to support continuous hiring needs.
