Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of home automation and AV automation projects. The role involves managing project delivery coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring high-quality implementation of smart automation solutions across residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end execution of home automation and AV projects from planning to commissioning
- Collaborate with clients architects consultants and contractors to define requirements
- Develop and manage project timelines budgets and resource allocation
- Lead and manage teams of engineers technicians and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with industry standards safety norms and quality benchmarks
- Conduct site visits risk assessments and troubleshoot project challenges
- Support pre-sales discussions by providing technical expertise
- Evaluate and implement new automation technologies for improved efficiency
- Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders and management
Requirements
- 710 years of experience in home automation AV automation smart buildings or IoT projects
- Strong knowledge of automation protocols like KNX Zigbee and Z-Wave
- Hands-on experience in audio/video and home theatre system integration
- Proven project management and stakeholder coordination experience
- Strong leadership problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Bachelors/Masters in Electrical Electronics Mechatronics or related field
