Automation testing Selenium

As a Quality Engineer a typical day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the software development lifecycle. This role focuses on integrating various components and systems to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality outcomes. The day includes continuous testing activities covering security application programming interfaces and regression suites. Additionally the role involves developing automation strategies creating automated test scripts and managing data and environment configurations. Active participation in code reviews and defect monitoring supports ongoing improvements in the testing process contributing to the overall excellence of the product.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of testing strategies with project goals.- Maintain and enhance automated test frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.- Analyze test results and provide detailed feedback to development teams for prompt resolution.- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with complex testing scenarios.


Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.- Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts for various testing types including regression and API testing.- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and lifecycle.- Ability to configure and manage test environments and data for accurate test execution.- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.- Skilled in identifying documenting and tracking defects to facilitate quality improvements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium.
