Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership:

• Provide direction andberesponsible forthe output ofCloud and AI platformwithinthe applicationdevelopment.

• ImplementAI platformstrategy ensuring that it aligns with the overall business and productobjectives.

• OwnAI and Data platform stackforthesolutionaligned with the product vision as defined by thesolutionproduct owner.

• Contribute to the definition ofapplications development policiesstandardsand procedures.

• Mentoring:

• Leadandmentorjuniorsoftware development teammembers fostering a culture of innovationautomationcollaboration and excellence.

• Takeactivepart incareer developmentandperformanceof juniorsoftware development teammembers.

• Project Delivery:

• Executesoftware projects ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and meet quality standards.

• Executeproject plans and application designs to ensure projects are aligned with standards and IT strategy.

• Followthe design principles and developmentbest practicesto ensure scalable secure and efficient solutions collaboratingwithother senior leads.

Requirements

• Experience:

• 5 years inData engineering / AIengineering roles with a strongtrack recordin cloud-nativeAIsolutions.

• Provenexpertisein AWS services (e.g. Lambda S3 IAM KMSAPI Gateway).

• Experience with building GenAI solutions in CloudusingAzure AI AWS Bedrock or GCP.

• Experience with GenAIagents andframeworkssuch asLangChain/LangGraph monitoring tools such asLangSmith.

• Proficiencyin SQL (preferred) and Python (for automation and data processing).

• Experience with using Guardrailsdatamaskingandsensitive data handling.

• Experience in using AI productivity tools such as Cursor and exposure to Prompt Engineering.

• Leadership & Communication:

• Demonstrated ability to mentor technical teams.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Education:

• Bachelors orMasters degree in Computer Science Software/Data Engineering Data Science or a related field.

• Desirable:

• Experience working in regulated environments or with multi-region/multi-currency systems.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative delivery.

• Exposure to Jira or similar project management tools.
