Job Summary
Bring your energy to Aggreko as Business Development Specialist Manufacturing & Events based in Mumbai / Delhi. You will be primarily responsible for new market development and pipeline generation. This role will be instrumental in driving future revenue growth by identifying and penetrating untapped markets and customer segments

What youll do:
Drive Sales Pipeline & Opportunity Closure:Collaborate with sales teams to generate new pipeline qualify opportunities and drive them towards successful closure supported by accurate forecasting.
Develop & Execute Market Growth Strategies:Identify and research new market opportunities and customer segments formulating detailed sector sales and market entry strategies.
Cultivate Key Customer Relationships:Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels developing and presenting compelling business cases and proposals to secure new customers.
Lead Customer Engagement Initiatives:Plan and execute impactful customer-facing events such as expos roadshows and strategic meetings.
Innovate Market-Specific Solutions:Work with engineering teams to adapt existing solutions and develop new offerings tailored to emerging markets and customer requirements.
You are:
Extensive B2B Sales & Business Development Experience:A proven track record of 6 years in business development or field sales demonstrating success in new market entry navigating complex B2B sales cycles and expanding existing account share of wallet.
Strong Business Acumen & Strategic Thinking:Ability to construct compelling business cases coupled with a growth-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills to drive business expansion.
Exceptional Interpersonal & Communication Skills:Proven ability to forge and maintain relationships with senior executives and C-level stakeholders supported by excellent communication storytelling presentation and negotiation capabilities.
Relevant Engineering Education:A Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Industrial or Manufacturing) is essential with a Masters degree (M Tech/MBA) being a significant advantage.
