ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth for our Loan Consultancy vertical. The ideal candidate will have a strong network with corporates and a proven track record of sourcing and closing loan products across retail and corporate segments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for business loans LAP working capital finance and other loan products.
- Generate leads through networking referrals digital outreach and partnership channels; coordinate with assigned Tele Caller / Lead Generator.
- Manage the complete loan sourcing cycle lead qualification document collection and disbursement follow-up. Application processing will be supported by execution team.
- Conduct client meetings financial needs assessments and loan eligibility evaluations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets and revenue goals.
- Stay updated on RBI guidelines lending policies interest rate changes and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams (CA Practice Wealth Management) for cross-selling opportunities.
- Train guide and supervise the Tele Caller to maximize lead-to-conversion ratios.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of leads pipeline and client interactions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in loan sales DSA (Direct Selling Agent) operations or financial services business development.
- Strong knowledge of SME lending products business loans LAP MSME loans etc.
- Established network with corporates and partnership channels.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office CRM tools and lead management systems.
- Self-motivated target-oriented and capable of working independently.
PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES
- Prior experience as a DSA loan agent or BDM in a financial advisory / consultancy firm.
- Existing DSA empanelments with major banks and NBFCs.
