Roles & Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end product strategy to grow market share
- Define and manage pricing strategy and unit economics
- Run experimentation to improve supply delivery performance and customer retention
- Identify and launch new revenue streams and business models
- Collaborate with engineering analytics design and operations teams
- Manage the full product lifecycle (research development launch optimization)
- Use data-driven insights for decision-making and product improvements
- Deliver products in a fast-paced resource-constrained environment
- Lead and mentor product team members
- Track competitor activity and optimize product positioning
Requisites
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Engineering or related field
- Experience in product management (marketplace / tech / startup preferred)
- Strong understanding of pricing monetization and unit economics
- Experience with data analysis and experimentation
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- Basic technical understanding (APIs systems data)
- Experience in customer experience and product optimization
- Self-driven with strong ownership and execution mindset
- Ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
