Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant SFDC Developer
highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design develop and deliver enterprise-scale solutions leveraging Salesforce AI and Data Cloud capabilities. This role requires deep technical expertise combined with the ability to think architecturally and contribute to scalable secure and high-performance systems.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in building AI-driven solutions integrating complex systems and ensuring engineering excellence across the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) and asynchronous processing techniques optimized for large data volumes.
Deliver AI-driven solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud Einstein 1 Platform and related AI capabilities to automate complex business processes.
Lead code reviews enforce best practices and mentor junior developers to maintain high engineering standards.
Design and implement integration solutions using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft to connect Salesforce with external systems and data platforms.
Define and manage CI/CD pipelines using SFDX GitHub Actions or Copado to support reliable and efficient deployments.
Collaborate with product architecture and DevOps teams to ensure solutions meet performance security and compliance requirements.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Applications or related field.
Software development experience including the Salesforce ecosystem.
Proven experience delivering at least one end-to-end Salesforce AI solution (e.g. Data Cloud Einstein Copilot or predictive analytics use cases).
Strong expertise in Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce DX.
Experience working with large-scale enterprise applications and data models.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect System Architect or progress toward Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
Experience in Healthcare or Pharmacy domain including familiarity with Health Cloud
HIPAA compliance and FHIR standards.
Hands-on experience with MuleSoft or other middleware platforms.
Familiarity with tools such as Postman Jira and automated testing frameworks (e.g. Selenium Playwright).
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
