About the team

Own EMEA digital activation across executive social channels paid LinkedIn campaigns and ABM-targetedprogrammesto drive credibility engagement and pipeline contribution across priority markets. This role connects executive thought leadership with customer proof and campaign content delivering measurable impact through precision digitalprogrammes.

Life at Proofpoint as a Senior Digital Activation Manager EMEA

• Executive advocacy and social activation:Manage social media presence for approximately 10 senior leaders across EMEA: content calendars ghostwriting approvals posting and engagement activity. Run structured executive thought leadershipprogrammesincluding messaging alignment review workflows and amplification coordination.
• Paid and ABM digital campaigns:Run paid LinkedIn campaigns including thought leader ads and ABM-targeted paid boosts aligned to regional launch windows and priority account lists. Deliver one-to-fewactivationsupport for must-win accounts.
• Campaign content amplification:Amplify campaign content across executive and paid channels. Connect executive social content with customer proof points ensuring award wins and case studies feed into leader posts and digitalprogrammes.
• AI-enabled content creation:Use AI tools to accelerate content drafting repurposinglocalisation and performanceoptimisationwhilemaintainingeditorial quality accuracy and brand voice.
• Event social activation:Plan and deliver pre during and post socialprogrammesfor EMEA events and campaigns across brand and executive channels. Capture and publish content from events (short videos quotes photos takeaways) with fast turnaround.
• Agency coordination:Manage agency support for executive content and social activation with clear scopes budgets and reporting.
• Impact reporting:Track outputs and outcomes including engagement reach share of voice event influence and contribution to meetings and pipeline influence where measurable.

What you bring

• 6 to 8 years in B2B marketing digital marketing social media activation or integratedprogrammesin enterprise technology.
• Proven capability running paid LinkedIn campaigns thought leader ads and ABM-targeted digitalprogrammes.
• Strong editorial discipline across long-form and short-form content formats withexperienceghostwriting for senior executives.
• Confident working with senior executives with high judgement on messaging tone and governance.
• AI fluency for content creation workflows andoptimisation.
• Experience managing agency relationships end to end.
• Highlyorganisedoperator whocan run multiple workstreams without creating complexity.
